• Ten (10) fully edited preview images, selected by the photographer and watermarked, will be available for social media or electronic sharing in web size 1-3 days from the session.
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for the posting of your online proofing gallery.  There is a $50 rush fee for 5 day turn around.
  • Proofing Galleries expire 6 months from the posting date.
• The minor retouched images from your portrait session will be posted in an online, password protected proofing gallery.  Here, you are able to select your digital files and order additional prints or products, including additional digital files, as desired.  (See below for Print & Product Pricing)
  • All digital files, prints or products will be fully retouched
• There is a $2/miles travel fee for sessions outside of the 8 mile radius of Stillwater, MN.
• High School Seniors or Modern Headshots may have a reasonable number of outfit changes, 3-4, and location changes, 2-3, for no additional fee.
• Sunlit Photography will complimentarily submit an electronic image for the yearbook to the yearbook contact person if requested within 2 weeks from the yearbook submission deadline.
• Sunlit Photography reserves the right to use pictures for advertising, display, publication or other purposes.

Short Session Options or Minis:

$315 +tax for 30 mins, $415 +tax for 45 mins  

Minis are a popular option for children, families, modern headshots or high school seniors wanting a short session.

• Each session includes full resolution digital images without a watermark and with a print release for the option of private printing or sharing.  
  • 10 images included with the 30 minute session and 13 images with the 45 minute session.  Images are fully edited with printing rights and electronically transferred.
  • Additional files may be purchased for $15 per file.  Proof prints, prints and additional products are also available.  Please see pricing below.       
• Digital Files are selected through an online gallery.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for the gallery to be available.
• 3-5 electronic, web sized preview images with watermark will be available for personal web use 1-3 days after the session.  These images are fully edited and selected by the photographer.
• Please allow two weeks for the editing or your selected images. There is a $50 rush fee for 5 day turn around.
• Fall Minis are at predetermined locations and dates, Please ask to be placed on the notification email to be notified when sessions are available.
• Winter, Spring & Summer Mini sessions are by request.  These sessions are limited to one location and 1-2 reasonable outfit changes for senior sessions or modern headshots.
